Dear commissioners, mayor etc. The street camping situation is only getting worse. There's
still a big pile of garbage on Hemlock. You need to come up with some rules and regulationsthat can be enforced. Whatever you have done so far, if anything, it's not working. Things are
only getting worse. if people are taking a spot on the public street for months or even years ata time, they should be paying some kind of fee or taxes.
Think about how you would feel and what you would do if people started living in acamper right in front of your house and collecting a big pile of junk and garbage.
I think you should put your new library and aquatic center project for the west end of townon hold until you get this "camping" situation under control.
