SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STREET. FIRE. WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES. WHEREAS. the City Commission did. on the 10th day of July 1994. enter into an agreement with Duncan and Associates to develop street. fire. water and wastewater impact fees; and WHEREAS. the City Commission did. on the 18th day of September 1995. receive draft studies from the consultant; and WHEREAS, the City Commission did. on the 23rd day of October 1995. receive revised studies from the consultant; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it is appropriate to gather public input through a public hearing on the consultant's recommendations prior to implementing street. fire. water and wastewater impact fees. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman. Montana: Section 1 A public hearing concerning the implementation of street, fire. water and wastewater impact fees is set for 7:00 p.m. on Monday. December 4, 1995. before the City Commission in the Commission Room. City Hall. 411 East Main Street, Bozeman. Montana. Section 2 The Clerk of the Commission is authorized and directed to publish notices of the public hearing in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 1995, in the Commission Room, City Hall, 411 East Main Street. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on the consultant's recommendations regarding the implementation of street, fire, water and wastewater impact fees for the City of Bozeman. Copies of the consultant's report are available for review in the office of the Clerk of the Commission in City Hall, 411 East Main Street, or in the Planning Office in the Carnegie Building, 35 North Bozeman Avenue, during regular business hours. Any interested parties are invited to submit written testimony or attend the public hearing and provide testimony in support of or in opposition to the consultant's recommendations.
