The general location of the subject property is North of East Baxter Lane, East of Buckrake Avenue and South of Renee Way. Access to the proposed development will be from East Baxter Lane and Renee Way. Site improvements include water and sewer main extensions, parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping and storm water facilities. The application package has been prepared based on the conceptual review comments. A narrative of how each comment was addressed has been included in the attached narrative.
