Resolution 4784 – Provide written justification for why the project is suitable for CILP
Response: Per correspondence with Matthew of the Parks Department. Due to the deep
and narrow configuration of the defined parcel, the functionality of the site, and
the required street frontage for public park. CILP is a more suitable option for
the current development of the reviewed site.
