THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO MEET CURRENT CITY AND
STATE BUILDING IBC ADOPTED 2021.
Narrative:
Gallatin County Regional Park currently stores park related maintenance equipment and materials on the Parks'east side off of Vaquero Parkway.
Gallatin County would like to build a 1,280 sf enclosed maintenance facility and 1,200 sf fenced area to replace the exterior storage.The facility
will be located on the east side of the park with street access off of Vaquero Parkway.The project would be built in one phase upon city approval.
Adjoining property to the east of Vaquero Parkway is zoned R-3.To the north of the site is zoned R-5. See map to the left.
LOLO WAY TRADE WIND LN A gravel trail connects the facility to park trails and to Vaquero Parkway boulevard side walk and eventually the Crossing linear neighborhood trail.
Parking is provided on site,most maintenance equipment will access the site from the park.For parking requirements see#8 above.
