Gallatin County would like to build a 1,280 sf enclosed maintenance facility and 1,200 sf fenced area to replace the exterior storage.The facility will be located on the east side of the park with street access off of Vaquero Parkway.The project would be built in one phase upon city approval. - Adjoining property to the east of Vaquero Parkway is zoned R-3.To the north of the site is zoned R-5. See map to the left. A gravel trail connects the facility to park trails and to Vaquero Parkway boulevard side walk and eventually the Crossing linear neighborhood trail.
