Dear Development Review Manager:
On behalf of the applicants, Yvonne Jarrett and Bon Ton Inc, LLC, we are submitting an
application for a Zone Map Amendment located on the SW corner of Arnold St. and South 1 Ph
Ave. The proposed Zone Map Amendment is to rezone the properties from R1 to R2—Residential
Moderate Density and a proposed public city park from R-I to PLI—Public Lands and Institution.
The City's Community Plan designates the property as Urban Neighborhood.
Included in our submittal package are the following items:

• 005 ZMA Map Requirement Narrative
