Hi Alicia, We’re putting together the site plan application for two 10-plexes (20 total apartment dwelling units) located on the south side of Block 14, Blackwood Groves, Phase 2 (SP #23043). Attached is the draft architectural site plan for this project. The site plan checklist requires a waiver from City Engineering for the site plan TIS. The overall TIS for Blackwood Groves included all 20 units proposed within this Block (Phase 2 includes 222 dwelling units). The TIS Addendum approved with the preliminary plat application is attached here for reference – Table 1 includes the 222 total units proposed in Phase 2. Currently we are at 75 total dwelling units proposed in Phase 2 which leaves 147 dwelling units remaining from the TIS for Phase 2 which we’ll likely end up being well under at full buildout of Phase 2 (Block 15 remains). Can you please provide a TIS waiver for this site plan application as these units were all accounted for in the approved overall TIS for Blackwood Groves?
