Per 38.230.100.B, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. See the back of this page for map location Project Name: Gallatin Crossing Redevelopment Master Site Plan Application: 22180 Summary: This is a modification of the existing Master Site Plan (MSP) for the Gallatin Mall which the Applicant calls “Gallatin Crossing”. This MSP introduces a four-phase redevelopment of the 37.43- acre Mall Site. The redevelopment would include: (1) improvements to the pedestrian and vehicular circulation network throughout the Site; (2) the introduction of non-retail land uses to the Site such as medical services, recreation activities, and food services; (3) would add four single-story buildings to the central parking area; (4) would enhance exterior open space areas; (5) would improve parking areas; and (6) would improve emergency vehicular access and pedestrian connections to adjacent properties and streets, including the abutting City Pond Park.
