Tyler – The demand estimate is reasonable. CILWR is required by code if demand exceeds 0.25 AF/yr. This project is
under that, even if conservatively tripling the interior use. No CILWR required for this project.

Brian,
I would appreciate any help you can provide on that CILWR determination. The project in question is a drive-up bank
building going in the parking lot of 801 West Main Street (across the alley to the north). I’ve already asked my landscape
architect and plumbing engineer for demand calcs:
Interior
12 gpd/employee = 36 gpd (restroom is for employees only, and there are 3 workstations)
36 gpd x 260 (# of bank work days in a year) = 9,360 gallons + 20% (for various wall hydrants/roof hydrant use, etc.) =
~12,000 gallons
12,000 gallons a year = 0.037 of an acre-ft/year.
Exterior
Site will be watered from June 1-October first (16 weeks).
1,172 SF of Turf @1” per week = 97
3,738 SF drip irrigation @.5” per week = 155
30,159 gallons per year for irrigation = 0.111 acre-ft/year

Thanks Ross. We had one other question on the water rights information requirement. I have been trying to contact
Griffin Nielsen in the Engineering Division to get that but have not heard back yet. Is that the right person or is there
someone else I should talk to for those?

Hi Tyler,
Sorry for my slow reply. Concurrent construction allows you to complete infrastructure improvements at the same time
you are building vertical, rather than installing infrastructure and then beginning construction on the building.
Infrastructure improvements could be offsite or onsite depending on the project. I am forwarding you to Cody in
engineering in case you have further questions about concurrent review.

I am currently compiling documents to start the site review process for a Stockman Bank project at 8th and Main that
Mike Tuss spoke to you about late last year. I had a question about the requirement in that checklist for a concurrent
construction application.
We will need to tap into the existing water and sewer lines on 8th and in the alley behind the building for this project, but
that’s not what I would typically think of as a main extension. Would the CCON app be required for that?
