Hi there,
Writing to voice my concern about the speeds/lack of pedestrian and traffic safety
measures around Meadowlark Elementary and Gallatin High School. It seems to be arecurring theme of accidents and incidents around Flanders and Oak and Ferguson and Oak.
Ferguson Ave has turned into a speedway and crossing the street at crosswalks to access
nearby parks is an extremely dangerous situation. Most cars are going too fast to stop and areusually not paying attention.
Seems to me that we can do better as a city and install crossing lights for pedestrian traffic and
stoplights or roundabouts to help mitigate these issues.
