Please DO NOT zone Gran Cielo II for high density!!! I live in the Meadow creek neighborhood and that is zoned R1.
R4 should not go next to R1. This will dramatically change our current neighborhood, traffic, water and overall
tranquility and enjoyment of the home we paid a LOT of money for in Bozeman. Is there a way to phase in the
zoning so it isn't so drastic? We are devastated and want to move because of it- but of course, have nowhere to go.
