I support banning home fireworks. Every year I worry about my roof catching fire. I know that my
neighbors try to be very careful. However, every year there is firework debris on my roof and all
over my front yard. Also, their teenagers will shoot off fireworks unsupervised and the teens are
careless. Plus, not everyone shoots off fireworks during the allotted days. They don’t care what day.
I like to go to sleep early on New Year’s Eve and I am always woken up by the fireworks.
I totally support the proposed community fireworks at the baseball field.
