Dear Commissioners: Driving by this property every day, I am dreading the day when this development starts but I know growth is inevitable. I worry with the current plans, that there will be regrets later onfrom surrounding neighborhoods in this corner of the city limits. With every piece of Bozeman's land so valuable, please do not accept cash in lieu of park space. I would love tosee this development have more than a mere 2 acres of park space. A buffered trail space between existing developments would feel welcome and creating a corridor for urban wildlifeto roam freely to the creek from Bridger Drive. I have read the staff report comments and am discouraged at the lack of concern for wildlife. This property and surrounding hills are literally the Bridger foothills within the GreaterYellowstone Ecosystem with a viable water source flowing nearby. We can not discredit that we are displacing wildlife at a rapid rate in Gallatin County. Legends did a great job ofincorporating park space within their development. I feel that Mr. Holloran and Canyon Gate need to create a similar development. Thank you,Alison Bayr 2420 Par CourtBozeman, MT 59715
