Bozeman City leadership,
As a longtime resident and successful female business owner, I appreciate your work on equal pay culminating in the
proclamation signed last week.
However, I am incredibly disappointed by the hypocrisy demonstrated days later when you changed the directors benefit paid
to the first female Chief Judge the city has had to 5%. The male Chief Judge has been receiving the benefit at 15% and I
implore you to remove Consent Agenda item G11 and reconsider this gross disparity immediately.
