Hi Griffin, We are working on the site plan application for the 5th & Main Residences project (CONR 22231). Per the CONR comments, would you be able to provide a preliminary estimate for the municipal water demand increase at the site for CILWR purposes? Here is a summary of the proposed project: New Residential Building: 121 New Dwelling Units 1,800 SF undesignated retail space Limited roof-top landscaping Existing Buildings to be Removed: 421 W. Main - Bamboo Garden 411 W. Main - Genuine Ice Cream 407 W. Main - Office Building Hopefully you have some water use data history for the existing businesses at those addresses - Bamboo Garden recently closed in anticipation of this development.
