DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being Tract 1B of Certificate of Survey No. 1372A,
located in the Southeast one —quarter of Section 22, Township I
South, Range 5 East, Principal Meridian Montano, Gallatin County,
Montano and being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast comer of said Section 22. Thence
South 8944'08" West along the South line of said Southeast one —
quarter of Section 22, a distance of 1123.19 feet. Thence North
53*04'54" West along the North right—of—way of the Railroad, a
distance of 1133.97 feet. Thence North 01*01'57" East along the
West line of said Tract 18, a distance of 712.83 feet. Thence
North 89*21'03" East along the North line of said Tract 18,
a distance of 2047.78 feet. Thence South 01*14'47" West
along the East line of said Southeast one —quarter, a distance
of 1412.22 feet to the point of beginning.
