Dear Kerri:
I am requesting approval for 1 well with 1 exempt well water right for the Trinity Church property located at
701 North Ferguson Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59718.
County Geocode: Diamond Estates Subdivision Phase No. 2 PH1, S03, T02 S, R05 E, Block 1, Lot 1, Acres
8.818, Plat J-360.
Irrigation Water Demands
The sum of the landscaped areas is 4.64 acres. The annual volume of water required to irrigate this acreage
is based on the following assumed irrigation demands:
Sod with H.E. Rotary spray Irrigation: 1,125,935 gallons/year
Native Seed with H.E. Rotary spray irrigation: 523,212 gallons/year
116 Trees with H.E. bubblers: 34,452 gallons/year
199 Shrubs with H.E. bubblers: 26,865 gallons/year
831 Perennials with drip irrigation: 29,916 gallons/year
Total Use: 1,740,380 gallons/year = 5.34 acre feet per year
*** The Well / Irrigation system will be zoned to ensure that demand will not exceed 35 GPM or 10-acre ft
per year.
