RE: Concurrent Construction for project 21469 Trinity Church PH1 SP.
Dear Maryanne,
Per ProjectDox documents and drawings reviewed on 2/27/2023, I approve concurrent
construction for Trinity Church PH1 SP Project.
The following requirements must be met for this approval to be binding.
1. 365/24/7 access to working hydrants and acceptable, approved water source
2. Staging plan for location of construction materials, temporary work trailer, and any
additional combustible materials
3. Ingress and egress routes for emergency services
4. All weather site access
5. Knox locks for fenced or gated areas
