discipleship as we

serve. 121 N Rouse Ave

Core Values: Dear Mr. Jeff Mihelich,
As a community of
Christian faith, Christ the King Lutheran Church is aware of Trinity Church's plans to
we are defined by: build on their property this spring. We are writing this letter of
diversity confirmation regarding the following two items:
generosity
grace First, we support the plan to build a public-use trail from Ferguson to
invitation Flanders Mill. We understand that this trail will run east-west through
relationship the northern boundary of our property. Our congregation believes that
respect this will be of great value to the community. While we intend to
transformation contribute financially to the construction of this trail,Trinity Church has
creation care offered to cover costs for the remainder of any portion we are unable to
pay. We also understand that our church will be responsible to maintain
the trail and the surrounding lawn for the portion of the trail on our
property. At a congregational meeting on October 24th, we voted to
grant the City of Bozeman a thirty (30) foot public easement for the
trail.
Second, Trinity Church has given us notice that a Diamond Street
extension will not be constructed across the Trinity Church property at
this time. Through negotiations with the City of Bozeman,Trinity
Church has agreed to grant the City of Bozeman a sixty(60) foot Right
of Way through their property. The City of Bozeman may require
construction of Diamond Street in the future upon changes of use in the
Trinity property or other adjacent property which would warrant the
roadway improvements.
Thank you for your service.
