Kagy Road Project: I think the project should be the following: • Traffic Circles at 3rd, 7th, and 11th. • Two-lane only,
with divided boulevard and wide pedestrian/cycle sidewalks. These should have bike lanes on the sidewalk (multi-
purpose sidewalk). These are often used in Europe. • There should be no cycle lane on the street, as this just fills
with gravel and bikes have to ride in the car lane. Much better to have bikes on sidewalk in this area, since this
clearly separates college wal
