Dear Commissioners:
As long-time Bozeman residents - and ike all of our neighbros we have spoken to about the
proposed cloverleaf zoning - we are concerned that if the Cloverleaf ZMA 22218 passes, it will
ultimately result in a great loss to the Northeast Neighborhood area's historical character by it
bringing in larger commercial nodes of transportation and parking that impact the aesthetic,
character, and overall "vibe" of our neighborhood; thus forever impacting our Northeast
Neighborhood negatively.
Please keep the existing NEHMU zoning for the parcel as is. It will allow for mindful change
that better serves our neighborhood - and the Bozeman community - and it will help preserve
the Northeast Neighborhood's historical character and sense of place that compelled us to
renovate our home here beginning in 2001.
Thank you for ypour consideration.
Sincerely,
Ralph Wiegmann and Suzanne Truman
