NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL USE
PERMIT APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of Section 38.230.100 and Section 38.230.120 of
the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if
all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per
38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the
notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. The most recent

Project Name: Trinity Church Phase 1 SP & SUP Application: 21469
Summary: A site plan (SP) and special use permit (SUP) application for a 9,200 square foot
community center northwest of the corner of Ferguson Ave. and Durston Rd. including parking, open
space, landscaping, and other associated site improvements. The applicant has also proposed to build
a 10-foot wide shared use asphalt path along the north property line to facilitate a safe route to
nearby schools for the surrounding neighborhoods.
Parcel size: 8.8 Acres Location: Address TBD, northwest of the corner of
Ferguson Avenue and Durston Road.
