Consider the Motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1 – 7 as submitted.
H. Public Comment
This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City
Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment
relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take
action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City
Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be
respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record
and limit your comments to three minutes.

I. Action Items
I.1 Reconsideration of a Prior Commission Decision Regarding the Cloverleaf Zone Map
Amendment Requesting Amendment of the City Zoning Map for a City Block Bounded by
East Cottonwood Street, Ida Avenue, East Peach Street, and Plum Avenue Consisting of
Approximately 3.1995 Acres Including the Adjacent Rights-of-way from NEHMU (Northeast
Historic Mixed Use) to B-2M (Community Business District Mixed), Application 22218
(Rogers)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public
comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for
application 22218 and move to approve the Cloverleaf Zone Map Amendment, with contingencies
required to complete the application processing.
I.2 Public Hearing and Decision for Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness Application with
two deviation requests to allow for two signs at Westgate Village Shopping Center, 1003-
1011 West College Street, application 23018 (Quasi-judicial) (Rosenberg)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and
all other information presented, I hereby find application 23018 meets the criteria required for
approval and move to approve the Westgate Village CCOA application with two deviation requests
from the Bozeman Municipal Code; the first from 38.560.030 to allow for a roof sign that is not
permitted under the sign code and; the second from 38.560.060, to allow for a pole sign that is not
permitted in the B-1 zone district.

K.1 Appointment to the Economic Vitality Board(Maas)
Consider the Motion: I move to appoint one member, Will Shepherd, to the Economic Vitality Board to
a term ending December 31, 2023.
K.2 Appointment to the Gallatin County Water Quality District (Maas)
Consider the Motion: I move to appoint one member as the City Commission's designee to the Gallatin
County Water Quality District Board
