A pedestrian, avid bicyclist, and motorist, I am very concerned about deteriorating driving behaviors all of us face in
Bozeman. I urge you to 1) reduce speed limits citywide; 2) increase enforcement, especially of mobile device
violators; 3) invest in infrastructure including a) pedestrian/bicyclist/ wildlife overpasses/underpasses on high traffic
roads; b) physical barriers between car and bike lanes; and c) flashing lights at intersections when in use by a
pedestrian or cyclist. Thank you.
