To whom it may concern,
I am writing to oppose the Shady Glen Development because of the following reasons:
There is not a 2nd point of public access to the development. This puts the public’s health and
safety at risk during an emergency.
This property sits on an existing wetlands. The developer is asking to reduce the requiredamount of watercourse setback, causing stress on the land that consistently floods.
Intervening with a natural riparian corridor can have serious implications and consequences.
This development includes a cul de sac. The city commissioners frown against including theseas they are the antithesis of a connected community and well planned neighborhood
