Please DO NOT approve these Requests Requested relaxation #2 There is currently a subdivision in Jackson Wyoming that just lost the only access to the subdivision. Thisdoes happen. They currently have no option to get access in the near future. Guaranteed access is critical for medical and fire protection. Requested relaxation #3 & #4 You don’t have to go far to look at the narrow streets in Bozeman which turn to one way streets in the winter. If you deviate from design standards, you will create traffic & parking problems that will likely last a lifetime. Requested relaxation #5 & #6 DO NOT ever alter wetlands. This area is used daily year round by Bozeman residents who enjoy the trails, creek, incredible birds and other wildlife. Once developed you WILL HAVE negative impacts to Bridger Creek and Glen Lake Rotary Park. Request Relaxation #1 Developers always play the poor me card to maximize their profits. My understanding is that this developer has owned this land for a long time. If the development doesn’t produce enough profit under current zoning, then perhaps it’s not right for development. Changing regulations to let a developer maximize profits is never the best choice Bozeman’s future.3/17/2023 Thank you for your consideration.
