My name is Lowell Goetting. I live at 1055 Boylan Rd.
I am writing this to express my objection to the development of, what is now called, Shady
Glen.
I can not believe that Mr Murphy continues to waste your time and energy by repeatedlysubmitting a virtually unchanged proposal. All of the previous flaws with this plan;
no 2nd point of access,
placement on wetlands, and containing a cul de sac, remain.
It is time Mr Murphy accept the fact that he made a bad business decision when he
purchased the property.
Please reject his current proposal as you have so wisely done with all previous plans.
