G. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. Written comments can be located in the Public Comment Repository. H. Action Items H.1 West Park Neighborhood Preliminary Plat Application, to Subdivide Four Restricted Development Lots Platted with Norton East Ranch Phase 6 into Four Restricted Development Lots with Associated Stormwater, Open Space, City Park, Easements, and Right-of-way, Located Northeast of the Corner of Laurel Parkway and West Babcock Street, Application 22178 (Quasi-Judicial) (Lyon) Consider the Motion: I move to approve the West Park Neighborhood Preliminary Plat application with staff recommended conditions of approval and code provisions with the submitted subdivision variances. H.2 Public Hearing and Decision for Preliminary Plat for the Urban Farm Phase 1 Major Subdivision, Application 22082 (Quasi-Judicial) (Lyon) Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 22082 and move to approve the subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. H.3 Resolution 5447, The MSU Innovation Campus Growth Policy Amendment to Amend the Bozeman Community Plan 2020 Future Land Use Map from Public Institutions to Regional Commercial and Services on Approximately 42 Acres Located Southwest of the Intersection of College Street and S. 23rd Avenue, Application 22282 (Saunders) Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, Community Development Board recommendation, and all the information presented, I hereby move to adopt the findings presented in the staff report and to approve Resolution 5447, the MSU Innovation Campus Growth Policy Amendment.
