Dear Members of the Bozeman City Commission,
We urge you to deny approval of the proposed development.
We oppose this development because it lacks a viable second means of public and emergency
access to the cul-de-sac. Approval of this relaxation would not only make this developmentdangerous, but would also set a bad precedent.
We also oppose this development because of the relaxed watercourse and wetlands setback.
The wetlands are a valuable resource within the city, and any possible degradation should beavoided.
We appreciate your careful analysis of this proposed major subdivision.
