Hi Mr. Ross, Commissioners, and other board reviewers.
I am writing to inform you all that the public notice mailed to neighbors of the proposed Plat does
not legally meet the standards in accordance with Bozeman Ordinances Sec.38.240.140 – 150, and
other regulations pertaining to providing Public noticing and other information pertinent to a City
Commissioners review and approval to a proposed subdivision or plat approval.
Specifically, if you review the information provided to the public, and shown on the property, thePlat is inconsistent with what is proposed, and does not provide sufficient and clear information tothe public for adequate review. In fact, the map provided does not match what is proposed nor is itlegible. It appears that the plat shown in the public notice is reversed and inverted, and does notmatch geography of the area. See attached the public notice received via mail.
How are neighbors and concerned citizens supposed to review and provide comment on this Plat if
the information sent by the city is incorrect? I would implore you that, prior to legal filing, you refile
this public notice and provide the adjacent landowner the allotted 30-day review of the correct Plat.
Concerned Citizen,
Sean Casto
