To whom it may concern, please find my comments regarding the Canyon Gate development below.
1. Maiden spirit street is not appropriate for a major in/out of canyon gate, I believethe development is required to have access to an "artery" which should be Bridger Drive. The
traffic on Maiden Spirit would be much too heavy for the size of the road. There is also aTrail/walkway that crosses Maiden Spirit and goes to the Legends Park, adding heavy traffic
to that pedestrian crossing is dangerous. 2. Canyon Gate needs more of their own green space, rather than mooching off of land set
aside by Legends and the city. The existing parks are already heavily used. 3. There is a trail / green strip leading from Canyon Gate straight to the drainage area behind
Maiden Spirit houses, I believe that Legends owns and maintains this land. Canyon Gate isencouraging its residents to access non-public property, likely leading to confusion and
conflict. 4. It would be nice if Canyon Gate used the green space they have: dog park / playground as
buffers with adjacent Legends houses, rather than putting them right on the road.
Thank you for all that you do!--
