COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, SUPPORTING
THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A RECORDS
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
FOR THE
CITY AND DESIGNATION
A
RECORDS MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes the importance of ensuring that the
records for the City of Bozeman are properly and appropriately maintained and stored; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes that the Office of the Clerk of the
Commission is the designated office of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the City Commission hereby states its support for the development and
implementation of a records management program for the City of Bozeman, beginning in the
Office of the Clerk of the Commission.
Section 2
That the Clerk of the Commission be designated as the Records Manager for the City
of Bozeman, with all attendant duties, powers and responsibilities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 1st day of April 1996.
