Hi Scott. We’re in the midst of a revised submittal for the property east of The Links Condominiums
and north of Bridger Drive. The current project is called Shady Glen; the previous (2021) submittal was
called Bridger Meadows. In review, changes made for the current Shady Glen project were
minimal. The most significant changes are a) the east side parking was removed from Shady Glen
Lane; and b) the lot east of the emergency access was split into two separate lots for an affordable
housing duplex.
Please review the attached preliminary plat drawings for Shady Glen and for Bridger Meadows, the
unchanged offsite emergency access drawing, and email string from last fall. We would like your
support in the form of an email or other documentation that the fire department remains in support of
the currently proposed subdivision, Shady Glen, with respect to emergency/fire access. Please let me
know if you need any additional supporting information or if you have any questions that I can answer
regarding the project.
