Dear Commissioners and Mayor- Please do not approve Consent Item G.11 to reconsider the Cloverleaf Zone Map Amendment. This item was discussed over the course of two separate meetings and there is no newinformation to warrant any changes. This was a good decision on the part of the city commission that took courage, backbone, and integrity. It showed the public that whiledensity may be desirable, the commission can differentiate different areas in the city that do not always fit the Future Land Use Map and vote accordingly. Besides density, one of the top priorities of the city is to keep neighborhoods walkable andprotect some unique qualities for a sense of place. B2 does not belong in that corner of the northeast neighborhood. Having been a long time former resident of NENA, I applauded thisdecision when it occurred and it renewed my hope that the commission has the courage to say no to bad ideas. Please do not approve consent item G.11. Thank you, Marcia Kaveney1496 Boylan Rd.
