Commissioners, I’m writing to draw your attention to SB 228, now being considered by the Senate Energy and
Telecommunications Committee, which would prevent counties, cities, and municipalities from prohibiting or
controlling the zoning or siting of any facilities that burn or transport petroleum fuels. This would include gas-fired
