Our city commissioners have been so eager to approve residential development of Bozeman's
land, but when will this booming population and its families have access to recreationalopportunities available to all other communities of (or smaller than) Bozeman's size?
I'm talking indoor courts and playing fields, an indoor/outdoor aquatics center--amenities most
communities have. Bozeman's families shouldn't have to drive to Butte in order to swim, andaccess to aquatic recreation shouldn't just be for the wealthy who can afford memberships to
Blackbull or Riverside. Let's face it....all this growth and we are all packed into the decayingBogert pool.....or praying the Indoor Swim Center can find some staff so we can swim on the
weekends.
The school district is taking away our access to indoor courts....and we play soccer in thesnow...
Bozeman can do better....it's your choice.
