COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, AMENDING
THE SCHEDULE
OF MEETINGS OF THE
CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the City of Bozeman havo directed staff to research the
possibility of rcvising the schodule of Commission meetings to provide for two meetings each month,
'J'Jith alternating agenda meetings and work sessions; and
WHEREAS, Section 7-3~4322(1), Montana Code Annotated, requires that the Commission
meet not less than once every two weeks; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.04.040 of the Bozeman Municipal Code requires that the Commission
meet not less than twice each month; and
WHEREAS, thc Commission has determined that the rcvised meeting format should improve

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that the following (e\ii$id schedule of meetings shall be implemented, effective January

Whenever a legal holiday falls on a Monday, the meeting time shall commence on the next
business day at 3:00 p.m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 6th day of May 1996.
