COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO ENTER INTO A LEASEI
PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR NEW TRACK-MOUNTED FRONT END
LOADER.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman has authorized purchase
of a track-mounted front end loader for use at the City landfill; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman wishes to finance purchase of the track-mounted
front end loader on a three-year lease/purchase agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
necessary documents to enter into a three-year lease/purchase with Caterpillar Financial
Services Corporation, in the total amount of $194,786.00, for purchase of the new track-
mounted front end loader for use at the City's landfill.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 6th day of May 1996.
