Yes, I am confirming that the number of wells are not limited, as long as they do not exceed
10 AF in total annual volume together or 35 GPM instantaneous diversion individually.

Just touching base on 2131 Graf Street Apartments. This is located on the Northwest corner of South
19th and Graf street in Bozeman, MT. Attached above is shet C0.2 – Overall Utility Plan and previous
correspondence between Juliene in our office and yourself. Our client just wants to confirm that
they can have multiple wells on the property as long as they do not exceed 35 GPM and remain
under the total Acre Feet of water used?

attached a letter from the DNRC that Juliene provided back in 2019 related to our use of
irrigation wells on the property. This was submitted with the master site plan with the
City, so I am assuming this means that we can have multiple wells on the property as long
as they don’t exceed the 35 GPM and remain under the total acre feet of water used.
If you could please confirm ASAP, that would be great.
