We are soliciting your comments regarding a proposed (2) lot subsequent minor subdivision
located in Bozeman, on the south side of Baxter Lane, and north of LOWE's Home Improvement
Store. The Preliminary Plat for this subdivision is currently being prepared for submittal to the City
of Bozeman. A copy of the Pre-Application Plan is enclosed for your reference.
The proposed subdivision will cover approximately 5.53 acres and is requesting to be subdivided
into 2 lots. The project is located within the city limits of Bozeman and will be served by city
infrastructure/services. Ingress and egress to the proposed subdivision will be provided by Baxter
Lane.
