Dear Ms. Montana:
The following application is for a Minor Subsequent Subdivision of Lot 2A of the “Corrected Amended Plat of Minor Subdivision 407B of Lots 1 and 2 of the Saccoccia Minor Subdivision of 407”; Parcel
Geocode No. 06-0798-01-2-03-11-0000; Project No. 21212.
The purpose of this Plat Application is to divide existing Lot 2A into (2) separate lots. One of the divided lots (Lot 2A1 of the proposed subsequent minor) will be to accommodate the approved Home 2 Suites Hotel, COB# 19394 site plan project. The other remainder lot (Lot 2A2 of the proposed subsequent minor) will accommodate a future commercial use.
The following information is included in the attached submittal:

• Review Fee Check in the amount of $2,639.00
