I received a letter from the the City of Bozeman for the 2 applications listed in thesubject line of this email. I am an adjacent property owner in the 2x7 CondoAssociation. My building immediately backs up to this project. While I see the need for projects like this around Bozeman and I like the look/feelof what is proposed ... I am extremely worried about parking in that area. In ourcondo association, the parking often overflows onto 27th Ave, which is alreadycongested and overrun because of the residential development in the area. I strongly urge the Planning Department to increase the parking requirements forthis new development expansion that is proposed. Thanks for passing along mycomments to whomever is best to receive them.
