Christine:
It is possible under certain circumstances but it is not easy to do and most try to avoid it.To do this we would need to see
a proposal along with everything that would be needed to re-evaluate under a Standard permit including mitigation
proposal, alternatives, surveys and if acceptable re-filing the proposed amended deed restriction etc. Under the
alternatives we would need to look at other options such as alternate locations and other ways of crossing that area to
avoid and minimize impacts. I would recommend looking at other areas outside the area that is not under a deed
restriction before settling on a bridge through it.Also keep in mind that we would still have to agree to it along with any
other party that would potentially disagree with it.

Hi Tim,
I'm looking for some regulatory guidance today. Is it possible to build a trail and foot-bridge over Baxter Creek within this
deed restriction area? The location of the trail and bridge would be similar to that noted on the last page of the
attachment that is labeled "Proposed Trails (Typ)".
Thanks for your review,
Christine
