Greg,
High level layout would be electric three phase underground to the transformers as shown. I do have one location issue in
the North East corner. I can fit in there if there is no"combustible walls" or windows within ten ft. of the transformer. Happy
to jump on a phone call and talk through some solutions if need be. For the time being, I will work on the order and labor
estimates as shown in the layout and assume no major layout changes.
Good news is, no gas technically needs to get run for this phase. If there are known gas requirements of later phases,
maybe we talk through that over the phone soon to come up with an overall strategy for it, before we create a problem for
ourselves down the road.

Attached is the preliminary plat for the West Park Neighborhood located
on the east side of Laurel Parkway between The Lakes at Valley West on
the north and West Babcock St. on the South. The overall project is
proposing up to 500 units on 40 acres. This plat will divide the property
into 4 lots for future development as shown on the preliminary plat.
City of Bozeman Code requires us to provide a copy of the subdivision
plat to all relevant utilities companies for comment and confirmation
