Kyle,
Attached is the preliminary plat for the West Park Neighborhood located on the east
side of Laurel Parkway between The Lakes at Valley West on the north and West
Babcock St. on the South. The overall project is proposing up to 500 units on 40
acres. This plat will divide the property into 4 lots for future development as shown on
the preliminary plat. City of Bozeman Code requires us to provide a copy of the
subdivision plat to all relevant utilities companies for comment and confirmation that
services are available to the project. Please review the attached and let us know if you
are able to provide service or if you have any questions or concerns.
We are also including a copy of the site plan for phase 1 of the project for your review
and comment.
