Dear Lynn & Cody:
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the additional information as requested in the Pre-
App Comment Letter in terms of the above-mentioned project. The previous waiver requests were
incomplete, due to my own fault, as well as the list being updated per Ordinance 2089, therefore
we are re-applying for the un-approved waiver requests, as well as the missed and additional
Preliminary Plat Supplemental required items, as required in what will be the updated BMC
38.220.060.
