These test results were performed by Energy Labs. These test results were completed for the possible use of steel water pipes on the project. Our recommendations contained in this report are based on exploratory test pits, laboratory testing, engineering analysis and preparation of this report. The recommendations required to design preliminary foundations and utility installation are contained in the attached report. These conclusions and recommendations, along with restrictions and limitations on these conclusions, are discussed in the attached report.
