Commissioner Colbert - I’m sorry you took offense at mycharacterization of “my board”. I did not mean that in a positive orexclusionary way, but simply the board that I chair. I tried toemphasize that, as a board, we unanimously voted Mr Lawrence asChair and Mr Wilkes as Vice Chair. Forgive my pronouns. It is trulydisheartening to have our board’s recommendations discarded in sucha way.
