THE CITY COMMMISSION MEETING OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
MINUTES
Tuesday, October 18, 2022

Deputy Mayor (DM) Cunningham expressed condolences on the loss of Kelly Fulton as well as added
suggestions of what the Commission can do to promote vehicle and bicycle safety in the City.
Commissioner Coburn expressed condolences to the family of Kelly Fulton and commented with
suggestions on solutions for traffic safety in Bozeman.
Mayor Andrus expressed condolences for the loss of Kelly Fulton and commented with suggestions for
traffic safety solutions.

Mayor Andrus also expressed pride and congratulations for City Planner, Sarah Rosenberg for being
rewarded the 20 under 40 award.
CM Mihelich echoed condolences for the loss of Kelly Fulton and informed the Commission that he has
met with both traffic and police teams on what the City can do to make the City a safer place for cyclists.
CM Mihelich then commented on the negative Lyman Creek campaign that is spreading throughout the
community and informed the public that the City has zero plans to de-water Lyman Creek.
CM Mihelich also informed the Commission that the City has closed on the sale of Fire Station 1!
